Ephinea's "Vulkan" setting uses a fairly old version of DXVK, version 2.3.1. Certain graphical effects in the game are broken with this version, like water ripples. From my limited testing, the latest version, 2.7.1, seems to fix this. It seems that this fix happened a couple of years ago, but...
