    Character reset using dressing room

    Lvl 79 Ramar Greenill named Kyo Selected the dressing room and changed my hair and costume and selected ok. After entering the game my character was reset to lvl 1 with no gear. When i selected dressing room the only three options I could see were, Hair, costume, and OK.
