You know, I copied that version into the folder multiple times (or so I thought), but I wiped everything out and redid it and it is working now. Maybe it only installed some weird combination of 0.3.4 and 0.3.5.6 with me moving files around haha.
So I haven't played in a couple of months, but was wanting to get this running on my new pc. I installed bbmod 0.3.5.6 from Soly's github page and it is working great with the xpbar plugin. The problem I'm having is with item reader and monster reader (haven't tried player reader yet). I copied...

Edit: For anyone wondering, I'm CageyRabbit on twitch.

I do get slowdown from loading the monster reader, though mostly if I have it try and show me the monsters stats and not just hp and status. I haven't really tried it when not running item reader though.
I'll give what you suggested a try tomorrow when I dive back into things and report back...
I've been idling in pioneer 2 all day with it and not experienced issues. Memory usage hasn't budged the whole time either. Seems to only happen inside the actual stages. Next step I suppose would be to go turn it on at a point where I know it will lag and see if memory usage changes.
Edit...
I've tried that, and it's definitely better than with the other pieces turned on, but it's still a very noticeable hit to the speed that the game runs. It seems like the longer it runs the worse it gets, which makes me think some kind of memory leak issue. I don't expect anyone to really look...
