I had fun finishing the RAmar and decided to run with it and move onto RAcaseal. Did the rough model real quick and then, as usual, got slowed down by all the smaller details. Now I'm tired. But another model is done! Hope it's to everyone's liking...
RAmar all done. Check it out at the 3D print store for those pumped about getting that physical copy: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/art/sculptures/pso-ramar-character-model
For everyone else, enjoy some photos!
Thanks, that sounds like a decent idea if I had more side time. My spare time is too unpredictable to commit to anything too serious--I'm just trying to finish this series and even that's a stretch. Appreciate the thought though.
This is just wild. It's one thing to make them but to see them on someone else's shelf brings it to another level. I can't wait to finish the whole collection for all of you. Amazing stuff
Well, once again I want to thank everyone for their patience. Even with the extra requests it was tough to find time to get back to work on these models and I have no idea when I'll be able to get another one done.
But for now... HUcaseal is finished!
Here are some photos and to those who...
Most of the models I think are solid enough to ship nicely although I'm personally not printing any lately either. Need to wait until I have a better printer. HUcast is definitely a viable candidate though. No slim pieces that might break.
I'm back at it! Without you folks asking I'd probably let the project slide forever but I've carved out some time and hopefully I'll have an update shortly. Also robot armor is tough.
@Dr Grindrod, sorry for the delay--I've not gotten around to modeling much lately. I will try to fit in some time to wrap up the HUcaseal. In the meantime, i'll tease my progress so far. Thanks for staying enthusiastic about it! I appreciate the compliment.
Thanks @Dr Grindrod! I hope you enjoy them. I'm working on HUcaseal as we speak and I can definitely try to get more androids done afterwards.
Happy printing!
Hey Cra...aaaig! In case you didn't see an update, I wanted to let you know I did get around to uploading my PSO models for those that want to 3D print them.
https://www.cgtrader.com/classicsculpts. Enjoy!
Hi Grindrod! I forgot to reply to you directly but I've uploaded my PSO models to a site if you're still interested. I'm back to working on some more so feel free to stay tuned!

Hi all, thanks for reminding me about this project! I was sidetracked by a few other activities--and HUcaseal is being difficult to model.
But since you've all been good enough to keep an interest in these models, I've uploaded them to the web where you can purchase the ones that I've finished...
He’s a big lad, that’s for sure, haha.
Original pso designs have some great variety to them. It actually makes it pretty fun to model. The shapes and poses are solid.
@RazakelKairo got any progress or sketches for that planned Olga Flow? That’d be cool to see!
And three cheers for resin...
Hi all, thanks for looking in!
Long story short I obviously got a bit side-tracked but I've got some progress I can show.
One thing that's changed is I was finding it hard enough to model the characters + repose them for chess + make sure the detail could read at small sizes so instead I just...
Ok, I'm back. Christmas break has given me some extra free time and HUcast wasn't as hard as I thought. Enjoy!
3D Modeled HUcast
I couldn't find any pictures of the back (except the low poly video game shots which weren't that much help) so I made it up. Could use a couple screws or something...
