Sadly there is not. As this is a rather archaic game ported from the Dreamcast, there are not many options for camera. I am sure something could be developed for that feature, but at this time it is not a priority for the very small team who add QoL and features to this game, sorry. I do hope...

On my side of things, it works. Make sure in "dgVoodoo.conf" you have this line DisableAltEnterToToggleScreenMode = false. And if you do make sure you're on Direct3D 11 or 12.
