Thanks for the reply. I think for my use case I would rather have 2 attributes at 50%. I think if I was using it on a FO I would agree, but I plan on using it on my HUcaseal and also accuracy glitching. It looks like a 50% hit rainbow baton will be only 9 ATA under a 50% DoB + Thirteen combo...
