Make a One-Player Mode Episode 1 game, go to the Hunter's Guild, and look under the "Side Story" category. However, you're going to have to clear a slew of other quests before you can do the quest Soul of the Blacksmith specifically.

I can tell you that HUD's will most likely work, as I'm using the Team Monolith HUD by @Jyuki . However add-ons such as item reader and stuff like that don't work.

UPDATE 2: Tofuman has successfully applied SSL to the wiki, so all those who were previously unable to access it because of the lack of SSL should be able to do so now.
