PRETTY WEIRD. Try depositing the Item Ticket into your bank and then withdrawing it then trying again. Not sure if this will fix it, but LMK. ALSO, MAKE SURE YOUR INVENTORY HAS A FREE SLOT. Don't try to do this with 30/30 inventory. Maybe even have 28/30. GOOD LUCK.
