Most multihit weps such as swords, shots, mechs etc special attacks are not as ~accurate as single shot weps like saber, handguns etc. Multihit sranks do not get reduced

You can give them a custom name and add an unreduced special attack to them of your own choosing

Probs won't make use of it myself but I see no harm in it
