There are different options for quick xp. The classic Toward the Future rush That fits hunters and rangers when solo, might be more difficult for forces because of bosses. For forces , i would recommend EP4 with quests like New Mop Up operation 3 (heat room run) or Max attack E Episode 4...

well, yeah i believe, 2 Soul Banish 45 hit went in recent auctions for 5 and 7 and a 40 hit one for 3. Though prices can fluctuate quickly on this server, so you can never know for sure.

A real good solution would be to hunt a good Vjaya/Yunchang/Asteron Belt and apply Heart of Soul Banish on the one you chose. (HOSB is a bluefull exclusive drop) So you would have a good weapon that looks like a Soul Banish! ;)
