Default directory should be C:\Users\YourUsername\EphineaPSO

If you have Windows 10, the default antivirus is Windows Defender. Try >this<

Try adding entire Ephinea folder to whitelist in your antivirus. Make sure you're running with admin privileges. Server isn't full, ephinea.dll is just being prevented from updating.
