Reduced on mechgun is 1/3 making it roughly a low ata, short range and slow pistol. Of course it has the chance of rolling lucky and hitting a couple times per attack. This however isn't reliable in the least and the pistol out classes.

fyi, i got several offers for this in the 30-35pd range and sold.... for anyone interested in a price.
