OMG thanks, I wasn't pressing enter. I was just pressing numbers on the action that I had already added to the 3 button hotkey. I see now.

So while in game, I press F12 (which brings up my menu), then pick "Customize", but that only brings up the 3 button hotkey. I even highlighted on of the monomate actions I had placed on my 3 button hotkey and pressed "1" to see if that would place it in my number bar hotkey with no luck. Am I...

I'm not talking about the 3 button hotkey, I'm talking about the hotkey bar that numbers 0-9 at the bottom of the screen, next to the 3 button hotkey.

How do I switch my character from classic drop rates, to PSO2 drop rates? PSO2 is the one I want? I want the drop rates of BB and I am currently set at classic.

F12 button is suppose to bring up the menu in game. It works on my laptop, but not my PC. (Yes there is a button that causes the F-keys to switch states, but that doesn't even bring up the menu.)
