I think 30-35 is fair, event or not, on the account that its easier to acquire than some 45-50pd drops. It has decent rates in most multi-area'd quests

Nah the toxicity is definitely a loud minority. In a game that already has a minority in terms of playerbase its essentially just more noticeable when it pops up.
