I had a blast during the event, everyone got together and I ended up playing with tons of new people. My network also increased drastically so overall a really great experience for me for my first anniv event.

If you've got the filter on I don't see why you wouldn't have seen a 40%+ untekked weapon(Remember weapons can be tekked up 10%) But you could just be unlucky. However, due to event i see them fairly often(it does depend on the level ur running) If you are looking to refresh shop, just go to...

I'm about to sphere my first weapon. Does Paganini steal spheres like he does PDs? Or am I free to go to him with as many spheres as I need?

No people are just trying to advertise their game by telling you what drops. Helps people who aren't familiar with the drop tables. Also yes res means reserved, usually they will change game name when friends have joined.
