Neither of the halves are incredibly hard to get. If I were you, I'd make one for now with crappy percents (if you're actually gonna use it), then later hunt a half with hit.

I don't think I saw this explanation. You said one player would win two prizes, yes, but you didn't explain multiple submissions unless I'm missing something.
