The same thing happened to me, only with a mag I had, I transferred the mag on my RAcast to my new force and when I tried to take it out of the bank, I got this message, and I got back into the game, this time it let me take it out but then trying to equip said mag also gave me the same message...

It could be an issue with your firewall blocking psobb, trying adding an exception or disabling it, and try again!

Oddly, I noticed my anti-virus to do this as well, but only with the original EXE, since it updated, my anti-virus no longer cares. But a heads up, AVG, Avast and Avira are the biggest anti-viruses that I can think of that show PSOBB.exe as a threat. Adding it to the whitelist should be fine...
