Blizzard is a nice buff to fleshie characters and a novelty for casts. FT + Arrest (or just FT + kill) is far faster than whipping out your Blizzard Needle or Red Partisan or S-rank Slicer and being at the mercy of ATA for the last hit to connect + freeze, praying the Baranz doesn't kill you...
