The "official information" is in this post and it says that the Red Mechgun has random stats. I see the wiki page you are referring to, which probably should say "up to 30% Hit" although I'm not even sure that is correct. That wiki page appears to have last updated in 2018, so it is outdated...

There seems to be a big jump for >30H, but the clean stats may not help it as it's probably not sphere-worthy. I would guess 50-100. IMO high stat RM at around 25H+ is fine. You get +30 ATA with Safety Heart, it has nice range to take advantage of the Smartlink range bonus, and you don't need...
