What exactly does Three Seals do? I looked it up but find inconsistent/non-specific stuff about it.

You gain 1 ATA per 2 levels of DEX on your mag - does this mean having an odd number of DEX is a waste of a mag level?

There was a bug on the last server I played where a mag's color could turn to red when put in the shared stash. Was that unique to that server or does it exist here too?

If you use a mag cell on a mag, it can't evolve anymore, right? It will stay as whatever mag it became no matter what?

I heard that MA4 is how you get a Liberta Kit, but I was wondering if there are any specifics to that - I don't know much about the quest! Is there a certain point threshold needed, is it random, etc. Thanks for any info you can provide~
