I remember that at one point these were going for as low as 6. I think they have increased in value though as more people have been joining Ephinea and are needing them for their max stat plans. I believe @Metaldude 's appraisal is an accurate assessment....for the times, they are a changin'...

Burning is a useless special except in one circumstance (on a mechgun against Falz' invulnerable state) A Gungnir is a useless weapon because its specials are reduced and only Hunter classes can use it; it's also slightly outclassed by swords. I'm sorry.

If by "free to play" they mean pay to win, and not just that they'll be excluding the hunter's license bs, then no. If it's a $50-70, all inclusive game with no buy-able addon's (like State of Decay 2), then maybe. Ephinea Forever.
