It's not used to inflict damage really. Androids can use this to destroy traps (behind some walls and obstacles too). It only ever affects one target afaik. You could upgrade to Power Maser for multi-target Gizonde. That one can be used against Vol Opt screens, with Machine % increasing your...

12"01 - almost under 12 min, we'll get it eventually. Done on 11/28/17.

C5 12"31 - current best in NM with Devil's RG, going for sub 12 with video. Same players but replacing RAcl with RAct (superior to RAcl in BB due to +1 FT and BB EXP boost).

Coming back to some E2 TA. Running C5 as our first stage. 2C5: 14"04 with mote, Klekt, Spuz. Not a terrible time considering no Devil's Sniper/RG dropped; we did get Assault though. Soon to be improved. @NDW: My bad. I forced Matt to take down that 1C4 garbage time =)
