I would have to strongly disagree here. In the first form you get A LOT more stats per feed than in the 2nd. So if you do 12 monomates and 1 antidote with banking to stay at level 9.99 and still not evolve yet, you can get a 14th item fed in the first form which gets you a lot more stats...
