Did you whitelist your entire pso folder in your antivirus? Are you running as administrator? Is there a DLL ERROR message on the bottom of the title screen?

Default directory should be C:\Users\YourUsername\EphineaPSO

If you have Windows 10, the default antivirus is Windows Defender. Try >this<

Try adding entire Ephinea folder to whitelist in your antivirus. Make sure you're running with admin privileges. Server isn't full, ephinea.dll is just being prevented from updating.

I remember there was a near-perfect version of the fix a year or two ago, but it had the unfortunate side effects of causing monsters to flinch even when not being hit, and some mechgun self-dmc. I remember that one being disabled at some point. Not sure of the current iteration of the fix...
