Tell me when it is negative to you as RA? No? It is always a positive thing if you are RA. Even for RA with resta. getting resta is never negative for RA, unless you tell other? As RA, even if you don't "need" it is always welcome~

Seems like good solution for 2 members of the party. Other 2 should not have opinion? RA always wants resta, but they have to shut up because of agreement between FO and HU? Hm...

And how do you envision this implemented in real? Blacklist? Or maybe "nofo"?, "nohu"?. I wonder where you go with this opinion

If I open a random party I hope for 3 things... 1) A FO Joins 2) A high level RAct or RAcl joins 3) No HU joins (especially Humr) And if a HU joins I at least hope they are not a DF user (no resta plz/res plz...).
