So this might work. Try never using a portal,ever. Only use telepipes. Once your team is in the area let them pipe you in. I feel like this worked for me before I changed my graphics settings. I didn't really do it enough to fully determine but it felt like it helped.

Then use one of those filters to make the game not look so crispy.

Lower the graphics from 12 to 9. It has to be 9 or 8. It's that first setting. Then change vram DJvoodoo whatever to 4096. The both next to each other

Thanks for your help. I updated the vram to 4096 and went down to HD9 I was on 12. Hopefully this works.

Since PS3 is RBR I actually run this quest consistently enough to want to fix it. I get little hiccups here and there but it's mostly sporadic and no pattern to it. But PS3 is different.
