    Ok so how do you set up skills on the keyboard...

    Make sure your keyboard control is turned on, and then open any palette, highlight any skill or technique, and hit the number you want to hotkey to that skill.

    Hold your palette shift or hit ctrl to change to the 2nd set of hotkeys.
