Me too, I played since the closed beta iirc and I just miss those beautiful days. I felt like the growth of PSO2 was really good with the QoL changes throughout the years.
The only thing I didn't like was the end game of 2019-2020 where you didn't really have to farm EQ's or bosses per-se compared to back in the day where you had to grind DF or pray for 11* in TD1. I still remember getting my first GM from Falz back in like 2013-2014.
it's okay. i personally really enjoyed how the game felt during 2020, especially with divide quest release and the katana changes/buffs. i agree that 2019 was pretty dry though besides phantom release.
late 2020-2021, guardian soul weps/units were really fun to grind out and make, but they kind of ruined it with cradle and other UH EQs dropping too much of the catalysts, even if it made it feasible to put g-soul on all weps later on. just sucks that they basically murdered the game on NGS release.
Honestly DQ's were so much fun and I really loved trying TA'ing.
Phantom quickly became one of my favorite classes so I spent most 2019-2020 playing it.
Oh that's right, I guess farming for affixes was a fun part of end game but it just became too easy with all those mindless EQ's and stuff dropping it like candy but it at least gave an excuse to keep playing to some extent.
NGS is just a sad joke.
And I just get sad when I think about all the great PSO2 memories and how I'll never be able to live them again.
I still think a lot about the early 2014 up to 2015 era, kinda fun days.
g-soul was super satisfying since there was a period of time where it wasn't easy to make. it took a while for cradle and mothership to get UH variants on JP (global actually got them first lol), so it was a huge, huge money maker for a good while.
