its the 2nd strongest next to Double Cannon and Double Cannon cast even more PDs...It's one of those weapons where ur if u want it, ur stuck with it.

I think it's rated just fine lmao, it's actually stronger than Double Cannon when fully grinded. It's kinda rendered useless by the existence of Charge Vulcans but it's still COOL B) and I wouldn't call Devil's 'trash.'

anything outclassed by charge vulcans is just suboptimal. especially with all the pds wasted

so literally every weapon in the game

there are plenty of exceptions. like how sometimes demons is better for dps. srank mechs with demons i think is way better than charge vulcs and appropriately priced. also theres arrest for parahax, fs/sq for freeze etc. charge vulcs arent universally optimal.
