my client disconnected and all my toons are erased!

i had all toons in ult mode and after i tried logging back in, it had all create character slots. im very confused. can someone roll me back or something? i have crap internet at the moment so looking for the right place to put this is gonna be hell. thank you! my sign in is funzybadfrank

Check the slots at the top right of the launcher and make sure it's not on slots 5-8. It should be on 1-4.
