Trouble getting to launch

I downloaded everything and when I click on the short cut it opens the menu with start game options main website and what not. When I press start game that disappears and a black launch window appears for a few seconds and then dissapears.

It appears to try to launch and immediately closes out. I look at my task manager and it appears and immediately disappears.

I am running as admin.

I'm running on Windows 10.

I dunno if you can tell but I'm not technically savy in the slightest. Any info would be appreciated
 
What anti-virus are you using? Some Anti-Virus programs may silently delete or modify items that are started.

I know mine closed it out and deleted SHPsoBB.exe causing my game to lose its mind requiring a reinstall.
 
Did you set the resolution of the game higher than your monitor can support?
