Getting the Stealth Kit

Since it's near the end of the event, I figured I might as well drop this here for people who want Stealth Kits. Don't look if you still wanna figure it out yourself!

Spoiler

Talk to the Thief and ask her for her story.

Reply "He deserved it"

Talk to the Hunter in the Principal's Office and choose the extra option.
Talk to the Badger outside the Principal's Office and choose the extra option.
Talk to the Chef in the Medical Center and choose the extra option.
Talk to the soldier guarding the Teleporter and give him the food.

Warp down to Caves 3.

There are 4 terminals in Caves 3, find them all to unlock the 4-switch door in the north east.

In the final room you'll find a glowing object under boxes, pick it up.

Go back to the Thief and she will give you the Stealth Kit.

Unlimited per character.

(At least, I got 2 on the same character.)

I figured this out and showed a friend. If for any reason you do this multi-player, be aware that you each have to unlock each terminal.

My bad, I thought there was a difference between Ep1 & 2 cell mags feeding charts.
