Question about Tools/Addons

So I'm really interested in tracking my progress as I level my characters. I've downloaded and installed most of the tools here, but I'm just curious if any of them track how much damage I've done in the history of my character. And if I could keep track of how much spell damage I do in comparison to weapon damage (maybe?).

It would be possible to track damage and healing and such, but I'm not sure whether it would be possible to tie it back to the source of that damage. In other words, I'm not sure how to determine who initiated the attack that did the damage, nor what attack it was that they used.
