I've been having an issue where my game is sometimes launching with the window stretched a few pixels off the monitor and I can't seem to narrow down the cause.
There are times where it launches correctly, as shown in the first image, but other times it can be a off by either a little bit or a large amount. I've also noticed it's moving my addon overlays with the rest of the game.
I've messed around with the ui scale, turning the high res hud on/off and they don't seem to help alleviate the issue.
I have also attempted to launch with the online_compat exe and that didn't help with it either.
I'll post my settings below here and hopefully someone can spot the fix that I'm missing like a dummy.
