Game crash after encountering a certain item

So I was running Phantasmal World 3 for the big box gains etc. when suddenly I hear the rare drop sound effect after killing a Morpho (I think that's what they're called, laser boys).

I run up to pick the item up and I see the name of it for a split second, pretty sure it said Stink Frame, max rarity or whatever, then my game just closes.

Please help I need reparations
