I originally made a post in Matt's thread and surprisingly I've gotten a few PMs about it. Since the calculator hosted at geocities has been taken down, I thought I'd make a dedicated post.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NOT MAX DFP/EVP WITH THIS BUILD.
Matt has a plan for that already.

Level 140:
Maxes ATP/ATA/LCK.

I know that two ADEPTs is a bit expensive, and I trust that anyone who's following this guide can make the necessary substitutions for H/arms. (Will lose out on maxed LCK until 180)

You can also swap in a V801 for an ADEPT before 180 (don't remember the ideal breakpoint, but you'll have to sacrifice some ATP/LCK.)

I trust you to figure out your own mag and units for post LV151 ;)

I was looking up ways to have a temporary stats plan with a similar build to this, but it's not as fast as the plans proposed from earlier in this post. Still, I like to have an extra slot in case something comes up, so if one can wait to be Lv 163, or Lv 165 without a V801 in order to equip Clio later, to have the same stats (ATP, ATA, LCK & 900 MST) with one open slot while it's actually two open slots without equipping V801, then this plan will work well for now until deciding to run with a better stats plan later when one finally gets around to obtaining the Red Ring by the time the character reaches Lv 200. This plan works well for anybody that already has a Min-Max Stat RAcast mag with 5/148/47/0.

To look for a better stats plan for RAmarl, please refer to some other stats plans like the ones that @Matt offers for RAmarl over here, or try something different if maxing out all of the stats is preferred with one unit slot open like this.

I have decided to include some other methods to progress as a RAmarl very quickly. Both sets of short-term low level plans require a big cost upfront in materials, mags, and units. The first set of plans (Plan A) requires

  1. 2 Adepts are available
  2. 222 Power Materials + 28 Luck Materials (2 stacks of 99 and 24 more Power Materials)
  3. 5/120/75/0 (Early Maximum ATP/ATA/LCK Mag) & 5/43/21/131 (Clio Mag) Mags
  4. Red Ring in order to eventually maximize LCK at Lv 180 after removing both Adepts while approaching Lv 200 with some custom mag(s).
while the second set of plans (Plan B) have the following requirements to meet, which are
  1. 2 Heavenly/Arms
  2. 212 Power Materials + 38 Luck Materials (2 stacks of 99 and 14 more Power Materials)
  3. 5/140/55/0 (Early Maximum ATP/ATA/LCK Mag) & 15/52/0/133 (Clio Mag) Mags
  4. No Red Ring since LCK is already maximized by an additional 10 Luck Materials, and eventually remove both Heavenly/Arms when approaching Lv 200 with some custom mag(s).
In both cases, you may use that fourth empty unit slot to equip a situationally acceptable unit like a V801, V502, etc. As for when you want to change your materials plan, that's up to you when you no longer need to depend on 2 Adepts or 2 Heavenly/Arms. Maybe you don't care about maximizing DFP & EVP, and would like to use the Min-Max Stats plan to have three spare unit slots open at all times, or you prefer to have 1 to 2 open unit slots with a Max Stats plan, which requires this guide for creating the mag, where the second unit that is temporarily removed to lose Max MST is V801.

Is an odd Dex value on a Mag inefficient? I always thought you would need an even number to get any value from the stat.
 
Some classes have 0.5 - 0.9 remaining ATA at level 200, in which case your Mag benefits from having an odd amount of DEX. Even DEX would give you an extra 0.5 ATA that doesn't count.
