I'm gonna be a bit of a cunt here, but if you guys want to get a Blue Ring, getting the Hearts and Masters can be done by playing Sunset Base to get the 10K kill flags.

If you get the Cell of Mag 502, it sets the same flag/bit for MA1 Heart.
If you go to Ruins in Sunset Base, it sets the same flag/bit for MA2 Master.

This occurs because the three quests share global flags (which should probably be changed...), and this is how this particular ring was farmed. Essentially, this auction is banking on people not knowing this.
