Olga Flow not dropping items

Did a casual RT all the way to to the end and did not receive drops from Olga Flow, not even meseta. Happened to all players in party.

Bumping this, seems to be happening in PW4 West Tower as well. Capped at 5 items on floor before nothing else dropping.

Also already planned to be fixed in tomorrow's maintenance for the other ships.
