A question about downloading character data.

Hey, I had a question and I hope it's not too confusing or poorly worded!
It's about a feature I saw called "Download Character Data". This is pretty interesting because it definitely seems to be a unique feature to Ephinea. The question I had was what happens when/if I do request my data?

Just wanted to confirm something about the line "which can be transferred into any other Tethealla server". Does this include an offline server.bat for psobb I have for strictly solo play? So I'd be able to continue offline with that server should I leave Ephinea or should something happen to Ephinea?
 
All we do is send you your raw character data from the SQL database into a ZIP file.

Up to you to get it into your own server's SQL or local file only .DAT installation at that point. (In other words, don't ask us for help on this.)
