Got stuck after talking to this console a second time after opening it. Can't press any buttons or type or anything, had to close the game. (Kind of spoilers?)

Just had this issue, lost connection trying to trade the ticket a few times. Banked it, took it out, same thing. Tried a different ship, same thing. Only after I closed the game fully after connection was lost, and re-opened it did I get it to work after trying once more. Not sure what solved...
