*made a mistake by trying to open it* Now its unzipped correctly. and ya I have winrar downloaded. is that causing issues?

Ya I made a mistake there and just unzipped it into the right folder. My bad haha. I did that, opened the launcher and made sure I had the right resolution, tried to start the game and got the same result.

I have this turned off before the redownload. And i made an exception for the whole folder. Am I doing this right?

I downloaded 7zip. and also reinstalled the game. Nothing.

This is what I got when i tried to open it

oh its not there at all. Does that mean my security is still taking it down somehow?

ya when I load the game it says its loading from the .exe

ya I have it on my white list. But do I need to make a separate folder and just place the installer and game inside of it?

I went as low as I could go. and still nothing. I've seriously tried everything. done what every forum told me to do, and downloaded it manually too. I'm at a complete loss.
