Is the ATA value listed on the wiki (280) wrong for Sinow Blue and Red? I have over 1400 EVP, but apparently this isn't enough to perfectly block them (tested in SU3). Even adding a few PoSS, I'm still occasionally getting hit.

I like the design of Yasminkov (ヤスミノコフ) 2000H, even if it isn't particularly meta viable. I'm happy to offer at least 1 *2 PD per 10 hit, but also willing to negotiate or bid on your auction. With SU6 currently boosted, split Pan Arms could drop this while hunting Daylight Scar or Guren, except...

Garuda is only a third evolution, which means it can still evolve if you'd prefer. Stats still look good for a RAcast too.
