awh do you know what, I actually fixed my problem

I have it permenantlyset to run as admin, it didnt have this problem until I got a recent DLL file from a patch last night.

I think the new Ephinea DLL update I got recently sometime around this posting time, is bugged, it doesn't allow or run PSOBB under a different resolution higher than 800 x 600. I'd love for that to get fixed
