I had to turn the cutscenes back on in the launcher options. Then the cutscene, like, half-played, and I [Esc] button to get to character creator.

Nah its Demons special. Fonewearl's action economy is best spent on demons special, not techs, [EDIT: in a single-target scenario]. She's the ranger of the FO's. Foney players could forego mapping basic techs to keyboard/controller, and be in the same or better spot with dps, AND not have to...
