Oh, so Celestial Armor isn't even droppable as a regular Armor anymore? It's treated as a rare drop and restricted to one ID?

I'm a bit stubborn and remember years ago finding it in VH mode, so I partly want to keep looking in VH but it's starting to exhaust me. If I was determined to keep searching in VH what would be the most efficient area and quest to utilize?

Is it possible to find Celestial Armor in VH mode, and if so where specifically? I've been farming EP2 Towers and PW4 to no avail. Thank you.

Everytime I make a RAcaseal with Costume Row 1 Slot 9 to get a SkyBlue mag it turns it brown. I made a skyblue one just fine initially but the mag changed color when I transfer'd it to another character.
