I am the author/administrator of the Sylverant PSO server. I've been active in Dreamcast homebrew development for many years and was an avid player of PSO for a long time too.
Many thanks to Sodaboy for Tethealla, since it was what got me interested in making a PSO server for myself, and provided me with a lot of understanding of how everything worked (after all, Sylverant was originally going to just be a port of Tethealla to Linux).
