New Hunters Boost Road and PW4 camera fix

The February's Hunters Boost Road is here, with the following 5 quests:

• Malicious Uprising #1
• Malicious Uprising #2
• Malicious Uprising #3
• Malicious Uprising #4
• Malicious Uprising #5

These can be found in Episode 2 under Extermination. I'll change the timers in these quests for the Boost Road period soon.

The West Tower camera change button should also be fixed, let me know if it's still not working. If you also know of any other quest bugs, don't hesitate to let me know.
