Server maintenance has completed.
The server and ephinea.dll were updated with normal mode support for the random spawns mechanism used by Episode 1 Challenge. This allows us to make quests with this mechanism in the future. These changes also enable rare enemies in Episode 1 Challenge.
A registry setting, NO_MINIMAP_SCALE, was implemented. You can disable the minimap scaling by creating this key as a DWORD at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SonicTeam\PSOBB\Ephinea" and set it to anything but 0. If the registry key does not exist or if it's set to 0, you will have the current minimap scaling.
The Valentine's Event party boosts should no longer apply inside the Halloween quests.
Level requirements to join sandbox games were removed.
The launcher should now create an ephinea folder in the data folder along with some default files to fix texture ID issues such as Devil's Tail and Purple Ring when both are equipped at the same time. A new file for more photon bullets was also provided. More information about this folder structure can be found on the Wiki: https://wiki.pioneer2.net/w/Custom_files
The LOST Episode 2 and Episode 4 quests now have Japanese translations thanks to @comp!

今後、このシステムを使ったクエストが実装可能になります。また、エピソード1チャレンジでレアエネミーが出現するようになりました。
