Joined: Jul 02, 2010 Posts: 1 Hi to all. I'm planning to buy a computer but I don't know which is better to go. Do I have to purchase the desktop or a portable one which is the laptop? Because some of my friends told me to buy the desktop because I can upgrade the part of it anytime I wanted. But I also want my computer to be portable that I can bring anywhere. You'll regret it when you realize you can't upgrade anything except the RAM and hard disk. The only exception is if you can afford a laptop with a mobile core i7 and a gtx 285 in it.
