I have cleared all of the Side Story quests in the game on Ultimate difficulty with my FO. (Including all 3 routes of BPD)

Is there any reason why THIS QUEST has not yet been fully translated to English when we have people like @Gori ?

Hey, Wanted to report an error with the NPC Rupika's dialog in the quest Pioneer Spirit. Whenever Rupika talks, her dialog comes through as a bunch of gibberish characters, as can be seen below: Hopefully this can be fixed soon!

Also, QSQ: will it tell me I cant send the item if the target's bank is full? Sorry, I'm asking because I want to be able to send @Harborer of Hope items for her toyboxes without having to have her come to my room. (Interfering with her ability to halp nooblets)

All i get when I click a Team member's name is an option that says "Press X" and when I press X nothing happens. Does the target need to be online to receive the item I want to send?
